This project included the conceptual design of several prototypical home plans and illustrating the character of these new homes into a newly plotted neighborhood. All the prototypical homes were designed with large front porches, traditional detailing and garages located towards the rear of the lot. These homes all range from 1800 – 2200 s.f. and plans are available for review, modification and purchase.
As an additional service we also provided a brief outline of architectural guidelines so as to unify the subdivision design moving forward.
