Luxity Terraces was the first of many infill projects developed along the Westbrook Drive corridor. The site itself is in Charlotte’s Uptown 3rd Ward near the Bank of America / Carolina Panthers – Football Stadium. The duplexes are within walking distance from Uptown’s Epicenter providing ample dining and entertainment options, including sports venues, live music, dancing, art galleries, theaters, and museums.
The project included the tear-down of numerous 1950’s houses along Westbrook Drive, the subdivision of the lot and the new construction of multiple duplex units for the front and rear portion of the lot. All the units are uniquely designed to make the most of the tight lot dimensions and views to the skyline. The buildings are organized as three-story buildings with a roof-top terrace and off-street garage parking. All of the unit designs have large open floor plans, high end interior finishes and lots of corner windows towards the downtown skyline.
