BlueStone Apartments is located in North Raleigh near Triangle Town Center. The project is comprised of 78 residential units arranged in three breezeway style apartment buildings. The buildings are three stories tall and are prominently positioned on a natural bluff behind the Super Target and are situated to address Fox Road.
The program included a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, spaced throughout the site. The apartment amenities included large windows, high end interior finishes and all units receiving either an outdoor patio or a balcony.
